The Diocese of Sheffield is again partnering with Arise Sheffield with Wear Your Faith Fortnight (WYFF) for a third year. We’re inviting Christians across South Yorkshire to wear a symbol of their faith for two weeks (20 October – 3 November). As the season changes and the nights get darker, let’s wear our faith and share the hope and light that Jesus brings.
People can wear any symbol of faith to take part – perhaps a necklace, a badge, a wristband, a T-shirt, or something else.

Find out more about these badge designs
The Forgive badge was designed by 11-year-old Ezinne Ehosiem, winner of the Bishop’s Badge Competition in 2023. Her design reminds us of the importance of forgiveness and features a beacon of light shining in the darkness.
We have built on this theme in 2024 to come up with a strong set of badges that will grab the attention of friends, family and colleagues.
Wearing and Sharing our Faith
Of course, we don’t need to wear a symbol of faith to show that we’re followers of Jesus – our words, actions and attitude speak volumes. But wearing a symbol of our faith can inspire others and let them know that we’re open to conversations about faith.
‘Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have…’
(1 Peter 3:15)
