Zoom – What kind of children’s or youth leader are you?

Mike North, Children’s and Young People’s Adviser for the diocese is running this Zoom session.  It is free to attend for those in Sheffield Diocese.

It is suitable for all those with leadership responsibilities in the church, especially those involved in children’s or youth ministry directly.

The session will include:

• What makes a good leader?
• Learning from Jesus
• Culture and change (injustice)
• Reflection – what made you grow to be a leader?
• Growing relationships – the key to leadership
• Exploring how to raise confident, faith-filled young leaders (Young Leaders’ Community)

This Zoom session will be informal, and give you opportunities to join in the conversation and interact with others… or simply listen to the conversation.

It also serves as part of our new Aurora Authorisation Pathway for those seeking Authorisation as a Children’s or Youth Minister.
