Diocesan Directory Update
We have come around to the time of year again when I request your help with the production of the next Diocesan Directory by sending us the latest details of your PCC and other officers working for your parish.
Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control we are a little late this year asking for the information, so I would be grateful if you could complete and return the attached form at your earliest convenience, but no later than the end of June, otherwise you will be at risk of not having your updated information being included.
I attach a new Parish Information Update form for you to complete, along with the Data Protection Act form which must be signed by any new people you wish to put in your record. Those who have signed a DPA form for previous Directories do not need to sign again.
Please return the completed documents preferably by email to data.handling@sheffield.anglican.org or you can post them to Data Handling, Diocesan Church House, 95-99 Effingham, Street, Rotherham S65 1BL. Please note that if the Data Protection Act form has been signed, a paper copy must be sent via the post.
